Public transparency

Processing transparency

This page offers a privacy-delayed view of aggregate Library and Studio audio-preparation behavior. It is not a real-time service-availability or uptime monitor.

The interactive page checks whether Hearleaf's public reporting feed responds. Feed reachability does not confirm that every processing service or active job is healthy, and a feed error does not by itself confirm a processing outage.

This page waits until at least 20 delayed completed jobs are included in the selected window before drawing detailed charts. Regional charts require at least 20 completed jobs of their own. This prevents a handful of testing jobs from being presented as a trend; privacy comes from the feed's separate delay, rounding, sanitization, and removal of identifying details.

Sample-size-aware aggregate reporting

When the threshold is met, the interactive route can show aggregate completion totals, success counts, timing percentiles, and a larger-sample timeline. It does not expose page or script text, photographed pages, voice references, Firebase user IDs, job IDs, request IDs, storage paths, raw provider errors, IP addresses, locale strings, or timezone values.
